The ROTATOR is a professional rotational training system designed for modern training and therapy concepts. Guided, three-dimensional movements with resistance promote natural strength development of the shoulder complex, upper body, and arm musculature through integrated kinetic chain training.

WHY PREWEAL
Connecting Therapy and Training.
WHY PREWEAL
Connecting Therapy and Training.
The shoulder is the most mobile – and at the same time one of the most complex – joints in the human body. Sustainable function is developed through controlled, multi-dimensional movement, not through isolated exercises.
The ROTATOR enables guided 360° movements with adjustable resistance and functionally integrates the rotator cuff into the entire kinetic chain of the shoulder, core, and arms.
With more than 25 exercise variations, the system combines therapy, prevention, and performance training in one compact, space-efficient device. Adjustable resistance, radius, and inclination angle allow precise adaptation to different performance levels and training goals –
structured, reproducible, and efficient.

How the shoulder training device works
Individual power transmission
The power is transmitted via an ergonomic handle that enables rotating movements of the arms. The handle can be used both asynchronously and synchronously, which allows flexible handling depending on the training goal.
rotational movements
In contrast to other devices, the preweal shoulder training device allows rotating 360 degree movements in all directions. These movements imitate typical sports activities such as boxing, swimming, tennis, handball and basketball. This allows specific muscle groups to be specifically trained and strengthened.
Stepless adjustment
The stepless adjustment of the resistance allows for fine adjustment of the training intensity. This is particularly beneficial for rehabilitation, as the training can be increased gradually to prevent injuries and support healing.
fascia and deep muscle training
In addition to the rotator cuff, the fascia and the deep muscles are also trained through the rotating movements. This contributes to a holistic improvement in physical fitness.
WHO IS THE DEVICE SUITABLE FOR
Diverse application possibilities for individual goals
Preweal is ideal for athletes who want to improve their performance in sports such as
eg boxing, swimming, tennis, handball and basketball. The device also offers effective upper body training for prevention or after an injury, eg after an operation in rehabilitation, and also for wheelchair users.

Preventive
Prevents injuries
through targeted training.

Mobilizing
Improved
mobility and flexibility.

Individually
Achieve personal fitness goals faster.

Strengthening
Effective strengthening of the muscles.

Supportive
Promoting rehabilitation after injuries.

building
Effective upper body training for wheelchair users.
ABOUT PREWEAL
The founding team of preweal
Tennis, kitesurfing, yoga, or football – a shared passion for movement and the ambition to develop performance sustainably have connected preweal founders Christoph, Daniel, and Hendrik for many years.
As a former goalkeeper and martial artist, Christoph was searching for a training solution that would not only strengthen the injury-prone shoulder in isolation, but stabilize and mobilize it functionally. Driven by this need, the development of the ROTATOR began in 2021 – a specialized training system designed to systematically connect therapy and training.
Combining entrepreneurial expertise, innovative thinking, and athletic experience, this vision evolved into preweal – and a patented system setting new standards in modern shoulder training.

TIMELINE
The path to the shoulder training device
BENEFITS
The advantages of preweal at a glance
Individual power transmission
The power is transmitted via an ergonomic handle that enables rotating movements of the arms. The handle can be used both asynchronously and synchronously, which allows flexible handling depending on the training goal.
The resistance system reacts to the user's effort and automatically adjusts the resistance. This means that the workout always remains challenging and adapts to the user's progress.
In contrast to other devices, the Preweal shoulder training device allows rotating 360 degree movements in all directions. These movements imitate typical sports activities such as boxing, swimming, tennis, handball and basketball. This allows specific muscle groups to be specifically trained and strengthened.
The stepless adjustment of the resistance allows for fine adjustment of the training intensity. This is particularly beneficial for rehabilitation, as the training can be increased gradually to prevent injuries and support healing.
An integrated electronic display provides the user with continuous feedback on energy and strength expenditure as well as on the exercise units completed. This helps to monitor training progress and work specifically on different individual goals.
In addition to the rotator cuff, the fascia and the deep muscles are also trained through the rotating movements. This contributes to a holistic improvement in physical fitness.

Who Benefits from the ROTATOR
For Therapy, Prevention, and Performance
The ROTATOR is designed for ambitious athletes aiming to specifically enhance performance in rotational and overhead sports such as golf, tennis, handball, basketball, swimming, rowing, boxing, and gymnastics.
In addition, the system provides a structured solution for preventive upper body training as well as for rehabilitation following injuries or surgical procedures. Its guided, controlled movement makes the ROTATOR equally suitable for use in therapeutic settings.
The system also enables wheelchair users to perform functional, multi-dimensional upper body training with individually adjustable resistance.
